Who you authorise and why
By selecting the separate checkbox and submitting the form, I voluntarily authorise Vitaliy Mishin, a natural person (contact: info@tezra.ru) to process the name, reply contact and message I provide to review my enquiry and contact me about its contents.
This covers receipt, recording, storage, use, correction, transmission as described below, restriction and deletion, using automated and manual methods. It does not authorise advertising or public disclosure of my data.
Delivery through Telegram
I understand that my name, contact and message will be sent from the website server to Vitaliy Mishin’s private chat through a Telegram bot. Telegram processes the message under its own policy; its infrastructure may be outside my country. The consent version and submission time will accompany the enquiry.
If I do not want to use this method, I can leave the form unsubmitted and contact info@tezra.ru by email.
Duration and withdrawal
Consent lasts until the enquiry is resolved or I withdraw it. I can withdraw by emailing info@tezra.ru and identifying the contact used for the enquiry. Once the basis for processing ends, data is subject to deletion within statutory periods unless another lawful ground permits retention.
I have read the privacy policy. The checkbox is not preselected, and the server accepts the enquiry only with explicit confirmation of the current consent version.
