DATA & POLICIES

Privacy policy

What data Tezra uses, why it is needed and how to contact the person responsible.

Updated 5 October 2026 · Version 2026-10-05

1. Controller and scope

The data controller is Vitaliy Mishin, a natural person. For privacy questions and requests, contact info@tezra.ru.

This policy covers the public tezra.ru website, its contact form and blog.tezra.ru. It does not describe processing within client portals or third-party websites linked from these pages.

2. Data and purposes

  • Your enquiry: the name, phone number, email or messenger username and message you provide. These are used to review your request, reply and continue a discussion you initiate.
  • Consent evidence: the document version, request time and technical reference, used to record the conditions of submission.
  • Operation and security: request time and address, browser information, referring address and network information available to the server, used to deliver pages, diagnose errors and prevent abuse.
  • Blog statistics: with the visitor’s permission, a date, page path and aggregate view count. The counter creates no visitor identifiers and stores no IP addresses, contact details or individual browsing histories.

Do not send passwords, card details, identity documents, health information or unnecessary data about other people. The form is not intended for that information.

3. Grounds and processing methods

Contact form enquiries are processed with the visitor’s separate consent. Where a contract is discussed or performed, relevant contractual grounds may also apply. Technical data is used only as needed to operate and protect the website while respecting visitors’ rights.

Processing may be automated or manual and include receipt, recording, storage, use, correction, transmission through the chosen contact channel, restriction and deletion. Form data is not used for advertising mailings, public disclosure or sale to third parties. Reading the website does not itself constitute consent to submit an enquiry.

Optional blog statistics are enabled only after “Accept all” in cookie settings. Refusal or withdrawal does not restrict reading the website or using the contact form.

4. Where your enquiry goes

The tezra.ru server receives the form data and forwards your name, contact details and message to the controller’s private chat through a Telegram bot. The accepted consent version and submission time accompany the message. Your name, contact and message body are not stored in the website database.

Telegram is an external service: its processing and storage also depend on the Telegram privacy policy. Its infrastructure may be outside your country. If you do not want to submit through Telegram, email info@tezra.ru instead.

Server infrastructure and communications services support the websites. Replies to your chosen contact involve the relevant email or messaging provider. Information may be provided to competent authorities where required by law.

5. Retention and deletion

Correspondence is used until your enquiry has been resolved. When the purpose is fulfilled or consent is withdrawn, processing ends and data is subject to deletion within applicable statutory periods unless another lawful ground requires retention. The controller deletes correspondence under their control manually; the website does not automatically delete Telegram messages.

The contact cookie lasts 30 minutes. The website’s technical database retains hashes, timestamps, delivery status and message identifiers; request records older than two days are cleared when new sessions are created. Main-site logs rotate daily with 14 archives retained. Aggregate blog counts are kept for historical comparison without building visitor profiles.

The technical choice cookie tezra_privacy lasts 180 days and stores the choice, version and time without a unique visitor identifier.

6. Your rights and requests

You can request information about processing, correction, restriction or deletion, and withdraw consent. Email info@tezra.ru with the contact used for your enquiry and the nature of your request. Proportionate identity verification may be needed to protect your data. Do not send identity documents unless specifically necessary.

Requests are handled within applicable statutory periods. Withdrawal does not undo prior lawful processing or prevent processing on another lawful ground. You may contact Roskomnadzor or a court to protect your rights, or another competent authority where applicable.

7. Protection and updates

The websites use HTTPS and restrict access to technical data. The form checks request origin, protects against forged submissions and applies rate limits. Message bodies are not written to application logs. These measures reduce risk but cannot eliminate every technical threat.

This policy is updated when processing changes. The current version and date appear on this page. A policy update does not replace separate consent where consent is required.
